Taking place in August on Lytham green, just by the coast. The collection of original WWII machinery and vehicles, both land and air, are sights to behold. Whether its family fun or a step in to the past, the Wartime Weekend gives visitors the opportunity to explore Britain’s rich history and mechanical marvels.
There are a great number of Cafes in Lytham, so food and drinks are available all day and just a short walk away. The show is host to thrilling battle re-enactments for all to enjoy, including vintage clothing and weaponry to boot. The show also contains a number of vintage clothing and souvenir traders, so anyone can take the action home with them. A fantastic day out, and a bit of light fun on the weekend.
